eBoutique Tailor is an online and offline hybrid model for servicing customers for their custom-stitched garments, fashion wear, and designer clothing.
The details of the products, services, or product specifications including weight, stitching seam strength, colours and tints, embroidery work, sizes, measurements, etc. as mentioned on eBoutique Tailor digital/online mediums including mobile applications, websites, social media platforms, and offline fulfilment centres are only approximate values, as all garments are custom fit and may vary depending on fabric quality and specifications.
The usage of any and all eBoutique Tailor Interfaces at any point in time warrants your acceptance of the shipping policy terms mentioned in this document. These clauses may change from time to time due to operational, business, or regulatory requirements.
By accessing, browsing, shopping, or ordering on eBoutique Tailor Interfaces, you indicate your unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

eBoutique Tailor reserves the right to select the logistics service provider for:

- Reference garment pickup
- Product delivery
- Hyperlocal delivery requirements
All applicable delivery and pickup charges, wherever applicable, will be communicated during order confirmation or checkout.
Shipping and logistics charges may vary depending on:

Order Processing Time

We make every effort to complete and deliver orders within the estimated timeline. However, delays may occur due to:

Most fulfilment centres may remain closed on Sundays as weekly off days, although some outlets may operate all seven days.

Pickup and Delivery Charges
Pickup and delivery charges may start from ₹99 onwards and may vary based on:
- Distance
- Weight
- Urgency
- Shipment dimensions
- Delivery location
Shipping charges are displayed during checkout or communicated during order confirmation.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
As a general policy, eBoutique Tailor does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services.
Any COD option, if provided, will be purely at the sole discretion of authorized eBoutique Tailor representatives.
Failed Delivery or Pickup Attempts
If the customer is unavailable, does not respond, or the address is inaccessible during pickup or delivery attempts, eBoutique Tailor or its logistics partners may attempt delivery again on the next business day.
Additional charges may apply for repeated attempts depending on the circumstances.
OTP-Based Deliveries
To ensure safe and secure delivery, eBoutique Tailor may use OTP (One-Time Password) verification through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or app notifications.
Delivery of OTPs depends on telecom and technology providers, and eBoutique Tailor shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in OTP delivery.
Delivery Address & Restricted Locations
Customers are requested to carefully verify their pickup and delivery addresses before placing orders.
Once an order is confirmed, modification of the delivery address may not always be possible.
eBoutique Tailor shall not be liable for delivery delays or failures arising from:

- Restricted access locations

During pandemics, lockdowns, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, logistics disruptions, or other unforeseen events, order processing and delivery timelines may be impacted.
Customers acknowledge and accept that such delays may occur beyond the control of eBoutique Tailor.
