TERMS OF USAGE APPLICABLE FOR ALL INTERFACES OF eBOUTIQUE TAILOR
(MOBILE APPLICATIONS, DIGITAL MEDIUMS, SOCIAL WEBSITES AND APPLICATIONS, EBOUTIQUE TAILOR AND OTHER COMPANY OWNED WEBSITES AND OFFLINE ORDER FULFILMENT CENTRES / STITCHING OPERATIONS CENTERS)
eBoutique Tailor is an online and offline hybrid model for servicing customers for their custom-stitched costumes, garments, and fashion wear.
The details of the products, services, or product specifications including weight, stitching seam strength, colours, tints, handwork details, sizes, measurements, etc. as mentioned on eBoutique Tailor digital/online mediums, mobile applications, websites, company-owned social platforms and offline fulfilment centres are only approximate values, as all garments are custom fit and may differ based on fabric quality, design, and specifications.
Use of the eBoutique Tailor Interfaces is available only to persons who can legally enter into contracts under applicable laws. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, including un-discharged insolvents, are not eligible to use eBoutique Tailor Interfaces.
eBoutique Tailor reserves the right to terminate your access to the eBoutique Tailor Interfaces if it discovers that you are under the age of 18 years or suffer from any other disability as recognized under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
It is required to register with us using accurate information to access eBoutique Tailor Interfaces. As a registered member, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as requested during registration. eBoutique Tailor reserves the right to revoke or terminate your registration for any reason at any time, without notice.
Free Alterations
The term “Free Alterations” refers to basic and permissible size and measurement alterations in garments stitched by eBoutique Tailor.
The decision of the eBoutique Tailor team regarding the possibility of any alteration in the garment shall be final and binding on the customer.
Style, design, dress type, or garment category changes will not be permissible under alteration terms.
Change of garment fitting for another individual will not be covered under alterations.
Applicable alterations will be complimentary only if the customer visits an authorized eBoutique Tailor alteration centre, wherever available.
Service charges may apply for pickup or delivery of alteration requirements, and the same must be paid by the customer.
eBoutique Tailor will not be responsible for any refund once the garment has been altered by eBoutique Tailor or any other party.
Doorstep Measurements
“Doorstep Measurements” refers to services available only in serviceable pin codes as notified by eBoutique Tailor from time to time.
This service is provided on a best-effort basis and may not be available at all times due to weather conditions, operational workload, order volume, logistics issues, management decisions, or events beyond our control.
eBoutique Tailor will not be responsible for any financial, monetary, or other losses if doorstep measurement services cannot be fulfilled.
Fashion Designer Consultation
“Fashion Designer Consultation” means consultation provided through mobile app, phone, WhatsApp, video call, or any other digital medium.
Fashion designers may or may not be direct employees of eBoutique Tailor. The final design output or consultation outcome cannot be guaranteed at all times.
This service is provided on a best-effort basis and appointments may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to operational reasons.
Other Terms and Conditions
The actual stitching of the order may happen at any city or location where eBoutique Tailor has its own or partner operations.
Orders will be processed only after payment of the required advance amount. Any changes requested after advance payment may be treated as a new order and additional payment may apply.
Dyed fabrics and hand embroidery work may have shade, design, or work variation of 15% to 20% from discussed colours or designs due to the customized nature of the work.
Any fitment issue must be notified to eBoutique Tailor customer support at +91 7973436825 or by email at support@eboutiquetailor.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Prices of services and products may vary from time to time at the sole discretion of eBoutique Tailor.
Orders will be delivered only after full payment of the due amount. eBoutique Tailor reserves the right to retain the stitched garment in case of non-payment.
If the customer does not pick up the stitched garment within 10 days of completion, eBoutique Tailor assumes no liability for the order.
Customers agree that all orders stitched by eBoutique Tailor are customized as per their unique requirements and specifications; therefore, refunds are not admissible for customized orders.
Refunds, if any, after due review and approval, may be issued only in the form of gift vouchers or store credits. No cash or online refunds will be issued unless expressly approved by eBoutique Tailor.
Standard delivery timelines for normal orders are ideally 7–10 days, and for complex designs 15–20 days. Timelines may vary due to workload, logistics, procurement delays, fabric availability, or events beyond our control.
The actual design outcome on the final stitched garment may vary from the discussed illustration, reference image, or sample because all orders involve customized stitching processes.
eBoutique Tailor reserves the right to change, update, or revise applicable terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Home delivery, pickup, and home measurement services may be charged separately as per the discretion of eBoutique Tailor.
There may be a difference in the final order price due to additional services, accessories, fabrics, design requirements, or workmanship involved. The customer will be informed of such variation before completion wherever applicable.
Electronic Communications
When you use eBoutique Tailor Interfaces or communicate with us through emails, calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or other digital mediums, you agree that you are communicating with us electronically and consent to receive communication from us periodically.
Since all orders are custom stitched, we do not have a return policy for stitched orders. However, we strive to ensure that every custom-fit garment is made as per the order specifications to the best possible extent.

Reviews, Feedback, and Submissions
All reviews, comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, photos, and other submissions shared with eBoutique Tailor through any interface shall become the property of eBoutique Tailor.
By submitting such content, you grant eBoutique Tailor the right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute such content for business, marketing, service improvement, or promotional purposes without compensation.
You agree that any content submitted by you will not violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other proprietary rights.
You shall remain solely responsible for any content, images, text, slogans, or comments submitted by you.
Accuracy of Content and Product Information
While eBoutique Tailor strives to provide accurate product, service, and pricing information, errors may occur.
In case of incorrect pricing, product description, dress type, pattern, design, or service information, eBoutique Tailor reserves the right to modify, refuse, or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
Alteration or Quality Error Request
Any request for alteration or stitching quality issue will only be entertained within 7 days of receiving the order. Beyond this period, no request will be taken into consideration.
Emergency Situations
In case of emergencies, pandemics, lockdowns, natural calamities, logistics disruptions, government restrictions, or any other uncontrollable circumstances, production and delivery timelines may be affected.
Customers agree to cooperate with eBoutique Tailor during such situations.
Gift Coupons and Gift Cards
eBoutique Tailor may offer gift coupons, gift cards, or vouchers from time to time.
The issuance, validity, redemption, and usage of such gift cards or coupons will be subject to applicable terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
An order cannot be cancelled if:
- Fabric has been picked up for styling or stitching
- Fabric has been sourced by eBoutique Tailor
- Cutting of cloth/fabric has commenced
- Any stitching, embroidery, dyeing, designing, or related work has begun
- Any custom work has been initiated on the fabric provided by the customer or sourced by eBoutique Tailor
Customers are advised to check fabrics and reference garments carefully before handing them over.

Payment for Online Orders
eBoutique Tailor may offer multiple payment options including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and other approved payment methods through selected third-party payment gateways.
All payments made for purchases or services on eBoutique Tailor Interfaces shall be in Indian Rupees unless otherwise specified.
eBoutique Tailor does not store your card, net banking, or UPI details. Payment information is processed securely through authorized payment gateways.
Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, and UPI Details
You agree that the payment details provided by you are correct, accurate, and lawfully owned by you.
eBoutique Tailor will not be liable for any payment fraud. The liability for fraudulent use of any payment method shall rest with the user.
Fraudulent, Incomplete, or Declined Transactions
Payments for orders may be made through approved online payment methods or cash, wherever accepted.
You undertake to pay the complete amount due as per the order value agreed while confirming the order.
eBoutique Tailor reserves the right to recover costs, collection charges, and legal expenses from any person using eBoutique Tailor Interfaces fraudulently or unlawfully.
Right to Be Forgotten / User Data Deletion
Registered users may request deletion of their personal data where applicable under law.
Users may request erasure of personal data if:
- The data is no longer necessary for the purpose collected
- Consent has been withdrawn
- The user objects to processing and there is no overriding legitimate interest
- The data was unlawfully processed
- The data must be erased to comply with legal obligations
