Measurement Guide for Stitching

You’ll need: measuring tape, mirror, fitted clothes, notebook, and someone’s help if possible.

Step-by-Step Measurements forTop

Shoulder

Measure from one shoulder edge to the other across the back.

Bust

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust. Keep it straight, not tight.

Under Bust

Measure around the ribcage, just below the bust.

Top Length

Measure from shoulder down to desired kurti/top/blouse length.

Neck Depth Front

Measure from shoulder/neck point down to desired front neck depth.

Neck Depth Back

Measure from shoulder/neck point down to desired back neck depth.

Step-by-Step Measurements for Bottoms

Waist

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.

Bottom Waist

Measure around where you wear your bottom: waist or lower waist.

Hip

Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Bottom Length

Measure from waist to ankle/floor as required.

Thigh / Knee / Ankle

For pants, measure around thigh, knee, and ankle for better fitting.
